Bring a little sunshine to your confetti moment with yellow FlutterFly® petals. This cheerful colour adds warmth to yellow-themed weddings, summer floral arrangements and relaxed garden celebrations. Used on its own, it creates a beautifully coordinated shower; paired with other petals, it brings a bright accent to your chosen palette.
Imagine stepping into a fluttering shower of yellow as your guests celebrate your first moments as a married couple. Soft real petals and delicate natural veining give the sunny colour a romantic finish, while their lightweight texture brings gentle movement to your wedding photographs.
The majority of petals are in Quadro format, although some single petals may be present because this is a natural product. Natural shapes and shades may vary.
Approximate servings per litre: small portions for 14 guests, standard portions for 12 guests or generous portions for 10 guests. These are estimates; choose the generous portion guide if you would like a fuller confetti shower.
Store cool, dark and dry. These yellow FlutterFly® petals kept in an airtight container, separately from other colours, stay at their best for up to 12 months.
If combining coloured petals with white or lighter petals, mix only 1–2 weeks before use. The stronger the colour, the later we recommend mixing within that window to help protect lighter petals from colour transfer. Once mixed, use within 2 weeks.
If buying your confetti in litres, add packaging separately where required. We recommend sheer organza bags for coloured petals. Fill sheer organza bags or clear compostable packets 1–2 weeks before use, following the mixing guidance above if creating a blend. If using biodegradable glassine packets, fill them only the day before use.
Coloured preserved petals are not colour-fast and may mark clothing, particularly with prolonged contact. All-white FlutterFly® petals are an alternative and can be packed in biodegradable glassine packets anytime.
All mixes are made to order, for preserved/ naturally dyed petal mixes, make sure they will be used within 2 weeks. Solid colours for example like All red or All White will be fine and at best for at least 6 months. Mixes which contain more than one colour will need more care, make sure to delay your order no earlier than 2 weeks before they will be used. You can delay your order at the checkout page. If required they can be placed into individual packaging up to 3 days before use.
For naturally Dried petals, these mixes will be fine to keep for at least 6 months and packaged into individual packaging 2-3 weeks before use.
For preserved petal confetti we recommend white sheer organza bags or confetti cups, biodegradable glassine bags can be used with all naturally dried confetti, snowpetals, white flutterfly, and pure white petals. Mixes which have a heavy colour content may react with the biodegradable glassine packaging causing stain.
