Our Favourite People Minimalist Wedding Seating Plan

A simple design, made personal

• Personalise the introductory wording, main heading, guest names and table names or numbers.
• Include your top-table details if required. The pictured seating arrangement is an example, not a fixed layout.
• Shown with black lettering on white, neatly grouped guest lists and a prominent stacked heading.
• Request your preferred text colour to coordinate with your wedding palette.
• For full-colour boards, choose from 45 board colours alongside text-colour changes.
• Available in A0, A1 and A2, with Foamex board or a rolled print for framing.

You do not need to create the artwork yourself. Send your guest list grouped by table, together with your preferred wording and colours, and we will help arrange the details into a personalised design.

Ordering and checking your seating plan

1. Choose your size and finish, then complete your purchase. Your order must be placed and paid for before design work begins or any digital proofs are created or sent.
2. Share your specifications. Add your headings, guest names grouped by table, table names or numbers, top-table details and any colour requests in the personalisation details or order notes box. You can also message us with your details after ordering.
3. Leave an email address or WhatsApp number. We need this to send your personalised digital proof.
4. Review and approve your proof. Check every guest name, spelling, table allocation, heading, layout and colour choice. Tell us about any adjustments you need. Nothing is printed until you are happy and have approved the design.

Keep your wedding signage coordinated

All our large signs can be matched, including welcome signs, seating plans and order-of-the-day signs. Tell us which pieces you would like coordinated for a consistent look throughout your venue.

Buying multiple copies with different personalisation? Clearly label the wording and specifications for each copy in the order notes box so every sign is prepared with the correct details.
