How to order your personalised seating plan

1. Choose your size and finish, then complete your purchase. Design work only begins after your order has been placed and paid for. Digital proofs are not created or sent before purchase.
2. Enter your specifications. Include your wording, guest names grouped by table, table names or numbers, and any board-colour or text-colour requests in the personalisation details or order notes box. You can also message us with your details after ordering.
3. Leave your email address or WhatsApp number. We will use this to send you a digital proof of your personalised design.
4. Check and approve your proof. Review the spelling, guest names, table arrangements, wording and colours. Let us know if anything needs adjusting. We will only proceed to print once you are happy and have approved the design.

You do not need to create a finished design yourself. Simply tell us your ideas and details, and we will help bring them together. You are welcome to ask questions before ordering; design work and proof copies follow your completed purchase.

Matching signs and multiple copies

We can coordinate all your large signs, including your welcome sign, seating plan and order of the day, for a consistent look throughout your venue. Tell us which signs you would like to match.

Need more than one of this sign? Purchase the quantity required and use the order notes box to explain the customisation for each copy, making clear which details belong to which sign.
