Our Favourite People Personalised Wedding Seating Plan

• Choose Foamex board or a rolled print for framing.
• Coordinate with matching large welcome signs and order-of-the-day signs.

How to personalise your seating plan

1. Choose your size and finish, then complete your purchase. Your order must be placed and paid for before any design work begins or digital proof copies are created or sent.
2. Enter your specifications. Add your guest names grouped by table, table names or numbers, preferred heading and any board-colour or text-colour changes in the personalisation details or order notes box. You can also message us with your details after ordering.
3. Include your email address or WhatsApp number. We need this to send your digital proof for review.
4. Check and approve your design. Review every name, table allocation, spelling, colour and wording. Tell us if anything needs changing before you approve it. Nothing goes to print until you are happy and have approved your proof.

You do not need to prepare a finished design yourself. Send us your specifications and we will help bring the layout together.

Matching signs and multiple copies

We can match all your large signs for a coordinated look throughout your celebration. Tell us which signs you are ordering and the colours and wording you would like to carry across them.

To order multiple copies of this sign, purchase the quantity required and request the customisation for each copy in the order notes box. Please make it clear which details belong to each sign.
