How to order

1. Select your size and finish, then complete your purchase. Your order must be placed and paid for before design work begins or digital proof copies are created or sent.
2. Enter your specifications. Use the personalisation details or order notes box to provide your guest names grouped by table, table names or numbers, preferred heading and any board-colour or text-colour requests. You can also message us with your details after ordering.
3. Leave your email address or WhatsApp number. We need this to send you your personalised digital proof.
4. Review your proof. Check every guest name, table allocation, spelling, colour and wording. Tell us if anything needs adjusting before you approve it. Nothing goes to print until you are happy and have approved the design.

Matching signs and multiple copies

We can match all your large signs, including welcome signs, seating plans and order-of-the-day signs. Let us know which pieces you would like coordinated and the colours you want to carry throughout your venue.

You can also purchase multiple copies of this sign and request customisation for each in the order notes box. Please clearly label the details for each copy so we know which wording belongs on which sign.
