From your order to your approved design

1. Select your size and finish and complete your purchase. Your order must be placed and paid for before any design work begins or digital proof copies are created or sent.
2. Enter your specifications. Use the personalisation details or order notes box to provide your wording, guest names grouped by table, table names or numbers, and any board-colour or text-colour changes. You can also message us with your details after ordering.
3. Leave your email address or WhatsApp number. We will send your personalised digital proof to this contact for you to review.
4. Check your proof and approve when you are happy. Please review every name, table allocation, spelling, colour choice and wording. Tell us if anything needs adjusting before approving. We will make sure you are happy before we proceed to print.
