Ordering and approving your sign

1. Choose your requirements and complete your purchase. Your order must be placed and paid for before design work begins or any digital proofs are created or sent.
2. Send your specifications. Add your required size, preferred heading, ceremony message, any names or date, and colour requests in the personalisation details or order notes box. You can also message us with your details after ordering.
3. Provide an email address or WhatsApp number. We need this to send your personalised digital proof.
4. Check and approve the design. Review the wording, spelling, any names or date, layout and colours. Let us know about any adjustments you need. Nothing is printed until you are happy and have approved the proof.

Coordinate your wedding signage

Ordering multiple copies with different wording? Clearly label the personalisation and specifications for each copy in the order notes box so every sign is prepared with the correct details.
