How to order and approve your design

1. Choose your size and finish, then complete your purchase. Your order must be placed and paid for before any design work begins or digital proofs are created or sent.
2. Share your specifications. Enter your heading, events in order, timings and colour requests in the personalisation details or order notes box. You can also message us with your details after ordering.
3. Leave your email address or WhatsApp number. We need this to send your personalised digital proof.
4. Check your proof. Review the wording, spelling, event order, timings, layout and colours. Tell us if anything needs adjusting. Nothing is printed until you are happy and have approved the proof.

Coordinate your large signs

All our large signs can be matched, including your welcome sign, seating plan and order-of-the-day signage. Tell us which pieces you would like coordinated for a consistent look throughout your venue.

You can also purchase multiple copies of this sign and specify the customisation for each in the order notes box. Clearly label each set of details so we know what belongs on each copy.
