Ordering and approving your seating plan

1. Choose your size and finish, then complete your purchase. Your order must be placed and paid for before design work begins or any digital proofs are created or sent.
2. Share your specifications. Add your names, wedding date, heading, guest lists grouped by table, table names or numbers, top-table details and any colour requests in the personalisation details or order notes box. You can also message us with your details after ordering.
3. Provide an email address or WhatsApp number. We need this to send your personalised digital proof.
4. Check and approve the design. Review every guest name, spelling, table allocation, date, heading, layout and colour choice. Tell us about any adjustments you need. Nothing is printed until you are happy and have approved the proof.

Ordering multiple copies with different personalisation? Clearly label the wording and specifications for each copy in the order notes box so every sign is prepared with the correct details.
