How personalisation works

1. Choose your size and finish and complete your purchase. Your order must be placed and paid for before design work begins or digital proof copies are created or sent.
2. Enter your specifications. Provide your heading, guest names grouped by table, table names or numbers, and any board-colour or text-colour requests in the personalisation details or order notes box. You can also message us with your details after ordering.
3. Leave your email address or WhatsApp number. We will use this to send your personalised digital proof for review.
4. Check your proof before approving. Review every guest name, table allocation, spelling, wording and colour choice. Let us know if anything needs adjusting. We will make sure you are happy and have approved the design before proceeding to print.

You do not need to create artwork or prepare a finished layout yourself. Simply tell us what you would like, and we will help turn your specifications into a coordinated sign for your celebration.

Matching signs and multiple copies

We can match all your large signs, including welcome signs, seating plans and order-of-the-day signs. Tell us which pieces you would like coordinated and the colours you want carried through your venue.

To purchase multiple copies of this sign, select the quantity required and request customisation for each in the order notes box. Please label the details clearly so we know which wording belongs on each copy.
