Ordering and approving your design

1. Choose your size and finish, then complete your purchase. Your order must be placed and paid for before design work begins or any digital proofs are created or sent.
2. Send your personalisation. Add your initials, names, date, preferred wording and any colour requests in the personalisation details or order notes box. You can also message us with your specifications after ordering.
3. Provide an email address or WhatsApp number. We need this to send your personalised digital proof.
4. Check and approve your proof. Review the initials, names, spelling, date, wording, layout and colours, and tell us about any adjustments you need. Nothing is printed until you are happy and have approved the design.
