You do not need to create the map artwork or arrange the layout yourself. Share your table destinations, guest names grouped by table and any ideas, and we will help bring the details together.

Planning your personalised seating map

1. Choose your size and finish, then complete your purchase. Your order must be placed and paid for before design work begins or any digital proofs are created or sent.
2. Send your specifications. Provide your names, date, preferred heading, table destinations, guest lists and any colour requests in the personalisation details or order notes box. You can also message us with your details after ordering.
3. Include an email address or WhatsApp number. We need this to send your personalised digital proof.
4. Check and approve your proof. Review names, spelling, date, table allocations, destination labels, map connections, layout and colours. Tell us about any adjustments you need. Nothing is printed until you are happy and have approved the design.

Ordering multiple copies with separate personalisation? Clearly label the wording and specifications for each copy in the order notes box so every sign is prepared with the correct details.
